Where to start so many great memories. Trips to Saskatoon, Christmas Dinners, Hockey Talk, Politics. Uncle Gerald always had strong and thoughtful views on many issues. Although we were not together much these last few years. You were thought of many times. Kim and Aunt Elaine please accept our deepest sympathy on Uncle Gerald’s passing. I am sure that there is a party going on right now with Mom, Dad and Uncle Ken. Take Care and we will talk to you soon. You are in our thoughts and prayers.
Love Murray, Laurie and Family.

Elaine and Kim, I am so sorry to hear about this. Remembering all the good times from when I worked at MSI and you and Jerry would take me places, Blades games etc. Those were the days! And he would fix things and work on the car for me.Plus the visits to your new home on St. Laurent Crescent. Thinking of you at this time. Love.

Elaine & Kim, My Deepest Sympathy in the passing of your husband & father.
Gerald was a good friend of my husband Vaughn, and sad that we didn't keep in
touch over the past years. Vaughn passed away on April 15, 2020. Covid has not made our lives any easier. Our loved ones are now in a better place, free from suffering and pain.
It is good that you have each other, and extended family and friends for comfort.
Again, sorry for your loss.

Our deepest sympathy and condolences to Kim and Aunt Elaine. Some of my best childhood memories have Uncle Gerald front and centre with his ready smile and a twinkle in his eye. Family holidays were always fun and brightened by his good nature. He was one of the few people who could elicit unfettered laughter from his father, my Grandpa Jacob Andres. When Uncle Gerald sparked up his BBQ we always knew that a delicious meal was coming. Still the best burgers I have had. I remember in the 1970's he would curse out the prime minister of the time! I now find myself doing the same for our current Prime Minister who shares a last name with the one from the 70's. I always smile when it happens because Uncle Gerald is front of mind. He led with his heart and a smile for everyone. Hopefully he will keep doing so into the afterlife. He will always be in my heart.

Dear Elaine and Kim….So sorry to hear of cousin Gerald’s passing. The span of ages of the Baumung cousins spanned many years. That said, we always enjoyed great camaraderie at family get togethers at our grandparents’ home…so long ago. I remember Gerald as a very jovial person, gentle and full of fun and kindness toward all of us.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Elaine and Kim. Take care, Bill and Lorna

For a country kid who grew up in MacNutt, trips to Saskatoon to visit family were exciting! Uncle Jerry added to the fun by knowing what was going on that would be awesome for me to experience. I remember once he took us to a car show. The place was filled with hot rods and I was a kid in awe!
Thanks for the memories Uncle Jerry. You will be missed.

Dear Elaine and Kim
I have many fond memories of visiting with Gerald and his family when we were both on farms around the MacNutt district.
Jake and I moved to Saskatoon and we again had lots of fun and great suppers with Gerald and his Mom and Dad.
Gerald met his soul mate Elaine and we enjoyed getting together with them.
We know that Gerald is in a better place now and that he does not have to deal with all his health issues that he was having this last while.
Our Deepest Sympathy
Love Jake and Jan.

my very deepest sympathy on the loss of Cousin Gerald. It has been many years since I had seen him. But I do remember him most fondly when we were all together at Grandma Baumungs so many years ago. My prayers are with the family.
