My sincere condolences to Bruce, Brian and Scott and families on the loss of your wonderful mother Audrey. She was fun, energetic, sincere, and made the colour blue electric. She was part of my women’s group at St. Timothy’s Anglican Church, freely sharing her talents, her friendship, and her smile. Marion G. Pope

Dear Peberdy Family,
We are so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing and losing your Dad last fall. We are sorry for your loss. We bought our original cabin at Waskesiu over 30 years ago. Your parents were wonderful and welcoming neighbors across the street and took us under their wing. They were always so kind to us and our family. We are quite sure that your Dad told us that he and his father built our first cabin.
These are all such fond memories for us. We felt a closeness to your parents, our great neighbors on Mallard.
Thinking of you all and we are remembering your Mom and Dad with love and caring.
With our heartfelt Sympathy, Janet and Jamie

Sincere condolences boys for the loss of your Mom.
We were in Kinsmen/Kinettes with your Mom and Dad, they taught us how to have fun and be strong in the community.
Both of us being on Mallard St.in Waskesiu, we saw lots of each other. Audrey had an infectious smile and always asked about our kids, she was a true mother.
Will always recall a July 1st holiday parade at the lake, our Mallard St. came out in mass to enter. Decorated bikes, costumed parents and active owners participated. Audrey sat on the back of my 1966 Mustang convertible.....she was our Queen of the street. She waved and had the crowd in her hand.
In our minds, we won 1st. prize. Her boys loved it.
She was a fine lady and truly liked by all. Mallard and the community miss her.
You boys had a great Mom.

Sincere condolences to you, Bruce, Brian and Scott and your families on the loss your Mom. We had the privilege of knowing your Mom and Dad through Kinsmen and Kinettes and enjoyed many years of fellowship with them. As new members to the club they were very welcoming to us and we will remember them fondly for that! Our home on Poplar Crescent was built in 1929 by Peberdy Construction, a point that was brought out when we purchased it from the original owners. We are proud to have known them all those years.

Bruce & Linda, Brian & Barb, Scott & Mike,
Audrey was a great neighbor and friend to our mom Ivy, at Waskesiu. She always had a smile (and a sparkle in her eye) for everyone. Those Friday morning coffee parties are a great legacy. Our thoughts are with you all.

Audrey was the light in our family's life, always happy with a positive outlook. She was the sister Mum never had. They grew up together in Saskatoon and were close to the very end, passing away in the same week. Mum would say almost every day I must call Audrey. They had their last call about a month ago. Mum was hard of hearing so couldn't listen to her speak, but she was pretty happy that mum had called her. They shared their love of shopping right from the start. They would travel back and forth from Saskatoon to Victoria to visit and stay with each other. The last photo was taken on Audreys last visit to Victoria. We will miss them both as they touched our lives so much. I am sure they are happier now, but they leave sadness behind for those that are here. Our sympathies are with you all at this time.

Bruce,Brian and Scott,
I want to convey how sorry I am for your loss.
Auntie Audrey’s passing will leave a large hole in all our lives.
As her niece I will miss the bond we had over the last 72 years.
She was always a phone call away. Whether it was discussing fashions, restaurants, recipes, or her latest travels.
Auntie Audrey will always be remembered with love and cherished memories by our family.
Thinking of you,
Sandra

Its rare that I am at a loss for words, but I truly don't know how to express my sympathy to the Peberdy family.
To all of the Peberdys I am so very sorry for the loss of Audrey. She was a wonderful person in so many ways.
Kind and thoughtful always, and she gave of herself very generously. She raised three amazing sons, each quite unique: Bruce, Brian and Scott. But she managed to impart more than a bit of herself into each of them and I thank her for that !
Audrey had a playful and fun side too and that should not be forgotten even if not so apparent in these last years. To her five loving grandchildren she was a shining example of how to live a full life.
As Scott's partner Audrey was also a good and caring friend over the years, and her support was very important to me. I will always remember her fondly,
Rest in peace Audrey -
