My heartfelt sympathy to you Gayla and your family. My memories are of you as a young nurse at the hospital in Kindersley, Gregg and my daughter Kerri were infants. I retired in 2003. In 2018 after the loss of my second husband , I moved to Red Deer AB to be close to Kerri and her family

It is with sadness I read about Dave's passing.
I spent many years sitting beside David while we bantered during lunch at Evan Hardy Collegiate. I remember the Friday's Dave, Jay and I would go out for lunch.
Dave was a kind and good person. I was thinking just recently that when this pandemic was over that I would contact Dave for a visit.
Dave will be missed by many!

Hello Gayla and family.
I'm very sorry to hear of the death of Dave, loved husband, father, grandfather and friend. I saw him as a wise, resourceful and helpful man, patient, not easily daunted by big tasks of the day - an inspiration to me, and many others I'm sure.
My condolences as you adjust to this new chapter in your life.
Love,
Wayne MacDonald

My condolences to his family and friends. I'm very sorry for your loss. I was a student of his at Aden Bowman in the early 90's, and took his drafting class. Mr. Forsyth taught me how to draft blueprints, read them, and more important make them buildable. (Although, he said the house I designed would cost a fortune to build with those custom trusses.) He took us on a site visit to a property nearby, that was under construction, to show us the connection between what we were drawing and what that translated to. His passion for construction and buildings was inspiring. May your memories of him help you through this difficult time. Blaire Prima
