Saddened to hear of Fred’s passing. I got to know Fred when I was a lecturer in Ag Economics 1969-1974. He was a great mentor and friend during those years. The friendship endured over the years as we would see each other at Ag Grad events or more recently at Grosvenor Park United Church. My respect for Fred and the memory of our association is forever etched in my mind. My condolences to the entire Fulton family.
Bill Turner.

My condolences to you, Fred's family. I enjoyed visits and interesting conversations together with Fred when I was one of the caregivers for Norma. He had a wealth of knowledge. Fred was a loving and faithful primary caregiver for Norma and always had her best interests in mind with her care.

So sorry to learn of Fred's passing. My condolences to the family. As you know Edna and I go a long way back with Fred and Norma from our university days to 2020.I have many fond memories of our get togethers, particularly writing the words for the Ag Grad song 'Those Were the Days'. Fred was a good friend and a great organizer and contributor in all the organizations with whom he was associated. He will be missed.

A kind hearted man I remember as an ag student. My task was to introduce him in public speaking class and he was so very encouraging. Condolences to the family; he was a very good person.

Our deepest condolences on the passinf of a mountain of a man! We was well-know and well liked.
I grew up in Kincaid and knew both Fred and Norma. There son Murray went to school with my brother, Murray. When they didn't live on the farm they lived on the corner across from Frostad's grarage. They attended church every Sunday. They were living there when I finished my schooling. They were part of a small town farming community. He will be greatly missed.

Our condolences to the Fulton family on Fred's passing. Fred and Norma were role models and pillars of the rural community of Kincaid where I grew up and great proponets of higher education. Later at the College of Agriculture I observed Fred's sterling character and his Irish humor and whit in dealing with students and faculty. Be comforted by our good memories and associations with Fred, and as our son Nathan so aptly replied, "Fred was a wonderful man". Erroll and Ruth Simington

To the Fulton's. Your parents were such special people - your Dad, truly a kind hearted gentleman, and such good friends to our parents. That generation can't be replicated. When our mother passed away, Fred's face was the first at our front door; he was bringing a casserole and a hug and soothing words. We return the condolences- we miss them all. Sending prayers and our wishes for some peace after a very difficult year. The Ormiston girls, Susan, Elizabeth, Jeanne and Judy. Keith, William and Aidan Harradence.

My sincere condolences to the Fulton Family. I had the opportunity to get to know Fred as a neighbour in Grosvenor Park and always enjoyed chatting with him over the hedge. I appreciated his kindness, humour and good nature, and fondly recall him once offering me wise and helpful advice at a moment when my patience was being tried by my two young and energetic boys. It still makes me smile.
