Obituary of Jill Florence Moss

Jill Florence Moss [LAMON], Age 71, of Saskatoon, Sk, passed away on November 26, 2020, in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Jill was born in North Battleford, Sask to JJ & Beryl Lamon on January 28, 1949.  She lived in North Battleford all her life until meeting her soul mate, Wayne Moss. With Wayne being a member of the RCMP, they lived in many locations during his career, including Saskatchewan and Ontario.  Jill held several jobs over the years with her most enjoyed being a real estate agent in Ottawa. When retirement came knocking, Wayne and Jill decided to move back to Ontario from Saskatchewan and take up residency in Fonthill, Ontario. A beautiful location minutes from Niagara Falls. They happily enjoyed their time there for 11 years before moving back to Saskatchewan in January 2020 to be closer to their son Greg, and his family. Jill was a self-declared dog whisper and always enjoyed the opportunity to spend time greeting all pets she encountered on her walks.

Jill is survived by her loving husband Wayne Moss of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She is also survived by her son and daughter-in-law Greg and Joanne Moss of Saskatoon and her beautiful granddaughter and favourite shopping companion, Reece Moss. She is also survived by brothers David Lamon, Terry (Bev) Lamon, Murray Lamon, Blair (Sandra) Lamon, and brother-in-law’s, Rick (Denise) Moss, Don Harry and John O’Neal.  She is also survived by her many special nieces and nephews that have helped create many memories over the years. Jill is preceded in death by her mother Beryl Lamon, father JJ Lamon, mother-in-law Jean Moss, father-in-law Richard Moss, brother-in-law Gordon Moss, sister in law’s Sharon O’Neal, Marcia Harry and Marilyn Lamon.
