Dearest Agnes and family;
Noel and I offer our deepest sympathy on Norm’s passing. We both enjoyed him so much over the years. His passion, ethics, deep commitment to what was right and love for his Province was amazing. His deep love and pride in you and your family shone through in every conversation. He was an inspiration to me and made sure I was on the right track in Ottawa and there was always a good laugh in every conversation. Norm was a true legend and his friendship will never be forgotten. May God bless you all.
Sincerely
Hon. Carol and Noel Skelton
