Dear Heather & Scott, Ian, Natasha & girls, Bonnie & Greg,
We were very sad to hear the news of Bob’s illness and demise. While we didn’t have the opportunity to visit often, the visits we had were very enjoyable. We attended the Saskatoon Brier in 2000 and connected with the Laing’s. Bob very kindly picked us up after the final game at Saskatchewan Place and we had a wonderful visit and dinner with he, Donna, Heather and Scott. We were slightly hesitant to call as we did not know them very well, however, we felt very welcome and were very pleased that we connected. Luckily, we were fortunate enough to have hosted Bob at our home a couple of years ago, and once again, had a great time.
We hope you all cherish the fond memories of Bob and trust they will comfort you in the days and weeks ahead. We are thinking of all of you and send many hugs.
