Obituary of Randy Hein

It is with broken hearts that we announce the death of Randy Hein after a lengthy struggle with cancer.  Randy's passing occurred at Royal University Hospital in Saskatoon, SK., on October 7, 2020 at the age of 65.  Randy was born at St. Paul's Hospital on December 24th, 1954.  He lived his entire life in Saskatoon where he completed his schooling in 1972.  Randy's work history varied which he greatly enjoyed.  This enabled him to acquire many valuable skills and abilities which served him well.  His work history was capped off with almost 20 years working at ECCO Custom Fabrication which he found to be very rewarding. Randy was fortunate to enjoy many interests that he could share with his immediate family and many special times were enjoyed together.  Randy is survived by his wife, Jean of 44 years; daughter, Shawna; father, Victor Hein; siblings, Jackson Hein (Roberta), Janice Amundrud (Guy), Kerwin Hein, Glennis French (Randy) and Trevor Hein (Crystal).  He was predeceased by his mother Shirley Jones in 2017.  It was Randy's wish that his remains be cremated and placed in the family niche.  This is located at St. John's Columbarium on Spadina Crescent in Saskatoon, SK.  As per Randy's request there will be no funeral service.
