To Joyce and family, My condolences to you on the passing of Norm. I will always have fond memories of our lottery days and gatherings for some breakfast over the years. Dearest Joyce: Jim, Cindy, and our family are so saddened about Uncle Norm’s passing. We know this is a very sad and difficult time for you. You have our heartfelt condolences. We will keep you close in our thoughts and prayers in the coming weeks as you are going through your process of grieving. We hope during this time of sorrow, may the gentle presence of friends & the caring love of family help to comfort you. Thank goodness for technology with today’s pandemic of COVID-19 we have facetime, texting, and other methods of being able to stay in touch since we can’t have a traditional goodbye or gathering during this crisis to celebrate Uncle Norm’s life well lived. Life doesn’t seem fair sometimes and this is one of those moments. Just know that no matter where he is, his thoughts, hopes & legacy will live on in us & he’ll always be watching over you. It truly was an honor to have him in my/our life as my Uncle. We always had good laughs and times when we were together…rest in peace. Till we meet again love Jim/Cindy, Rochelle/Sean & Addisyn/Emersyn; Ryan/Jackie & Miya/Lexi; Ashley/Reid & pre-deceased Brayden Beckett/Ellyse/Madyn; Jayson & Olivia.

Brenda, Rob, Courtney, Christian and families; Jim Cindy & our family cannot begin to tell you how sorry we are on the passing of your Dad/Grandpa. We know how close you were to Uncle Norm and what an influence you had on each other lives. We can’t imagine how difficult it would be in these extraordinary times of COVID-19 and the measures imposed that are done so in light of potential public health risks, not to be by your dad’s side to say your goodbyes. You’ll always remember how it felt to laugh with him & be loved by him. We hope those memories will bring comfort as you cherish Uncle Norm’s life well lived. The lessons your dad taught you, the love he gave, the way he cared for people… all those good things live on in you. This is the legacy he left behind in all of you to remind you of him and his idiosyncrasies. We have such good memories of Uncle Norm and the times we spent together. I am very honored to have had him as my Uncle he was such a wonderful man.
