Georgie was generous, kind and had a playful sense of humor, she created amazing treats in her kitchen which she shared. Her encouraging words helped many find a way to live life in a positive way. I will miss her sweet smile and hugs. Peace and joy to you Georgie.

I am very saddened to hear the news of the passing of Georgie. Georgie and my mother were young friends from Flin Flon many years ago. They did not keep in touch over the years which often happens when people move away, get married and raise their families. Just in the past 5 years or so my Mom and Georgie re-connected on Facebook and lucky for us Georgie loved to travel so she came to Vancouver, B.C. for a visit. I was blessed with the opportunity to meet her that one time and I will always remember her for her special "spunky spirit". To all who knew her throughout her life - I wish I had met her many years ago!

Lynn, Cheryl and Bev, it is with great sorrow that i learn of your Mother's death. I have great memories of your Mother and yes, her cinnamon rolls were to die for. Her sufferings are over and now she laughs with the angels. May she rest in peace and may she receive her well earned reward as she rests in the arms of her Lord and Savior. My prayers and thoughts are with you.
