Roger, Gina and all the family, my deep condolences to you all. When I was the Ecumenical Campus chaplain, and our paths crossed on various local social justice initiatives and Truth and Reconciliation projects. She was my go to Anglican contact and I much admired her passion and commitment to her volunteer work. She will be missed.

Mary Ann was a truly remarkable person. Her good works and example have left the world a better place and influenced all who knew her and many who didn't. We grieve for Roger and the rest of her family who are to be commended for their devotion during this long, painful trial. She will be missed for years to come but we can be comforted by knowing she has earned a great reward and is waiting to meet her loved ones again. How fortunate we are to have had her in our lives.

Our deepest sympathy for your family
I do remember
Mary Ann and mother Marie spent many hours together finding inovative things for the guides to do/ some quite creative but they both enjoyed their times together.
I remember actually helping out with crafts sometimes cause Marie had a big work force of course.
She will be dearly missed.

My thoughts are with you Roger and family. Maryann was such a strong comforting community sister. I loved gathering with her for our Iskwewuk meetings and vigils. Always enjoyed Maryann's passion for genealogy and family tree connections. She was so knowledgeable about my Pruden ancestors made me feel proud.
Such a beautiful, kind, and compassionate woman, Creator call you home now, I know you will continue to watch over us.

I am saddened today while reading Mary Ann's obituary. I got to know her through her work with the school board. She was a dedicated educator who showed unwavering support of young folk. I always respected her dedication to better education and as I came to know her over the years I was also a school trustee. She was also a genuinely nice person whom colleagues truly liked and respected. She will be missed. Lorne Ulven
