I worked and lived with Kirk in a remote camp on Yamba Lake looking for diamonds in the NWT in 1993. We were tent mates and when I moved to Saskatoon in 1994, he was the first person I called to introduce us to the city. We lost touch over the years, but I was saddened to learn of his passing. I hope his family is doing as well as can be expected, and please accept my sincere condolences.
I have attached 4 scanned photos of our time up there as memories of fun times from 27 years ago, including Kirk singing Elvis in the Kitchen tent!
