Monte Mann & Family; Tracy Mann & Family; Jocelyn & Douglas Richardson and family
It is with sadness that we hear of the passing of Colleen. She was the most wonderful sister-in-law. Her open-door policy and grace upon arrival to her home was her motto. We so enjoyed our time together with the Mann families several years ago, at a family wedding in BC. Kelly was so very fortunate to have had the loving care she provided when he lived with Owen and Colleen while attending U of S, years back. We will miss her, but remember her zest for life, and will embrace the overabundance of love and compassion she carried within. We must never forget her laughter. Enjoy the memories. May your families find comfort knowing her Lord has called her home to that place of peace and calm. A place we will all come to know.
Our Deepest Sympathy and many Hugs.

We were so very sorry to read of Colleen's recent passing. She was a really great person and an extremely warm and welcoming lady. We spent many enjoyable visits with her and Owen at "Liberally" functions during our early years in Saskatoon. She will be missed
Please accept our sincerest sympathy at this sad time and remember her with joy
Kindest regards

Colleen and Owen's home was a second home for my late husband Bob Crowe. He shared many, many fond memories growing up with Monte, Tracy and Jocelyn and of Colleen's kindness, support and calm in the calamity of growing kids and teens. She was truly a great lady and will be missed but remembered well.

To know Colleen was to know a caring, supportive, thoughtful & loyal friend. Her beliefs were strong but she did not judge others for their beliefs. I will miss her. Her family is in my thoughts. -Lynne Samson

She provided a second family after my mother died. I remember her sharp wit, her loving nature and her kindness. I remember her endless complaints as Owen filled garden shed after shed with treasures. But most of all I remember her kindness with a very young man lost at sea on the xold pairie.

I met Colleen through her husband,Owen & her brother Casey many, many years ago. All of them were such genuine, "down to earth" people. An opinion regarding politics is what I will miss the most about Colleen. My sincerest condolences to family & friends.
