Our deepest sympathy Olwen and Family.
We have many fond memories of get-togethers at British Car Club events. Michael and Bart shared a passion for British cars and mechanical engineering. Bart had a great deal of respect and admiration for Michael and he will be missed!

I'm very sorry to see the passing of Professor Stoneham. He knew more about Thermodynamics than I ever will, and was a very nice man. We never forget our formative years, and Prof Stoneham taught me during my time at U of S Engineering 1982-86. My best wishes and sincere condolences to Mrs. Stoneham and your extended family.

Our deepest condolences to Michael's family and friends at this important time. Michael was a friend and colleague for my entire career and life in Saskatoon and he will be sorrily missed. We shared an office on the south side engineering building for over ten years - I am sure these were the hottest rooms in the entire building. We often thought about how we could possibly make the experience more tolerable because of intense summer sun (we were both mechanical engineers after all). Our best to everyone.

Dear Olwen and family,
Marg and I send our heartfelt condolences. You both were great hosts and we enjoyed meeting your large circle of friends at your Christmastime gatherings. I will miss talking with him about the exotic automobiles that fascinated him, and getting out for another round of golf together.
