Obituary of Audrey May Agarand

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Audrey Agarand on December 25th, 2019. Audrey was born on January 31st, 1955 to Roy & May Bowey in Senlac, SK. She moved to Saskatoon and obtained her degree in cosmetology in 1974. Audrey started her career as a hair stylist in 1974, working at several salons in the city. She worked as a platform artist for Zotos in the 80’s and taught classes all around North America. She opened her own salon, Designer’s Touch, in 1986 and ran it until the birth of her children. Audrey always enjoyed spending time outdoors. She spent many a summer busy in her garden and loved to soak up the sun in Palm Springs in the winter. She was predeceased by her parents Roy & May Bowey, brother Leo, and in-laws Emile and Anne Agarand. She is survived by her son Julian, daughter Jenna (Sara), sisters Edna (Wayne), Betty (Doug), Beatrice (Mike) and Sylvia (Fred), brothers Bill, Niel, Brien and Edwin (Treena), ex-husband Barry Agarand, and numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will be held in Saskatoon on Monday, December 30th at 2:00pm at St. David’s Trinity United Church at 3318 Merritt St.
