Dear Bharatidi,
We were so sad to hear about the demise of Shaktida! Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Dada was someone I always enjoyed chatting with, mainly because he was such a knowledgeable person and a true scholar. I will always cherish our spirited conversations on many diverse topics including science, literature, art, politics, religion.....just to name a few. Along the way I learnt so much from him. He had a highly successful career as a teacher and scientist, and to me he was and always remain an inspiration. May his soul rest in peace!
