It was my privilege to know Tom through the world of bridge for many years. He was a great teammate, player and friend. Although a fierce competitor at the bridge table, he was always well mannered and a real gentleman. I will miss him very much. My condolences to Cathy and her family.

I am deeply saddened to learn of Tom’s passing. I taught Tom in high school and remember him fondly as a kind, intelligent, genuine and thoughtful young man, full of so much potential. He wasn’t afraid to stand out from the crowd and he was a leader, one who led with his heart. I am so sorry for your loss. You raised a very special Soul.

My hearts ache for you in the loss of your son, Tom. I cannot imagine what you are going through right now. I think, that for some ,life holds more pain then we can conceive. That there is peace in passing for those who struggle with this life. I also know in my heart, your
love is felt beyond the limits of our world.
Wishing you peace to bring comfort, courage to face the days ahead and loving memories to forever hold in your heart.
May your tears speak to your heart and help you to heal at this time of tragic loss.
I wish I could take away the pain!

I shook this man's hand in 2006 at a bridge tournament and by the end of the weekend knew he'd be something amazing. Although I never knew him outside of the bridge world it was a huge pleasure and honor to play both with him and against him at the bridge table.
Another one is gone too soon. My condolences to the entire family.

Cathy, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your beautiful Tom. I so enjoyed knowing him as a young boy mastering Bridge and growing in to such a sincere young man. I feel like I have lost a special nephew. He was always quick to offer praise for a good card play or compliment a matching outfit. The world has lost a special guy and we share your grief in such a tragic loss. I know words are inadequate but know we care. Sincerely Maureen Scott

I only knew Tom for a short while but the impact that he has had on my life is immeasurable. His free spirit and genuine caring for others will be missed by more people than he ever could have known.
Rest easy Tom. I only wish we could have had one more massive belly laugh together. I so look forward to seeing you again.
