We were saddened to read of Emma's death although she certainly led a full and productive life.
My Mom-in-law was Shirley Avant, Emma's cousin, and I do remember meeting Emma on a couple of occasions when she came to Saskatoon for a visit. She had a wonderful sense of humour.
We send our condolences to all of Emma's family but just remember, the wonderful memories will keep her close to you.
