On June 11, 2019, with great sadness we said goodbye to Brian Lacoursiere, at the young age of 57. After a brief battle with cancer, Brian decided he’d see if our dog Gem and his brother Denis were patiently waiting for him on the other-side. It is without a doubt that the three of them are up there right now catching up and sharing a cigarette. Brian leaves behind countless books that will never be read again (because none of us are smart enough), an extremely worn out collection of LOTR movies, and three kids that can attribute their smarts, senses of humour, and classic good looks to their one of a kind dad. We know his Harley Davidson will miss him almost as much as we all will.  A Celebration of Brian’s life will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Saskatoon Funeral Home, 338 4th Ave N, at 2:00 pm with Sue Panattoni as celebrant.
