We didn't make the memorial. Doug has just received a hip replacement.
We have many memories of Don back in the day when together we purchased Arthur Rose and our vision for Sasklinen became a reality. Don always seemed to know how to make his dreams reality. He was a good colleague and there was always a twinkle in his eye when he introduced us to some new type of food we had never eaten before.Maybe it was that eating that led to our need of the "Huff and Puff" noon hour track team that we so enjoyed. We hadn't seen Don in awhile but the last time we spoke he seemed very happy travelling with Colleen and proud of his kids and grandkids. We know he will be sorely missed.

Colleen and Don were newcomers to Heritage Estates and though he was slowed by his infirmities I got to know him at our condo gatherings and found we had a lot to enjoyably discuss coming as we both did from Regina. Marg and Colleen hit it off in their encounters around the complex. We are saddened by his death and keep you both in our thoughts and prayers.

Rick and I were sorry to hear Don passed away. We did not know Don well but in the short time we knew him we knew he was a very caring person. Our deepest sympathy to you and the family
