Dear brothers and sisters, children and grandchildren of Rita Best,
I was in vacation in North Africa from February 14th to March 15th. What a disappointment to learn when I returned to my phone answering that Rita had passed away.
We all just lost a very important member of our family. It's a heavy loss.
My wife Rose-May, my son Jean-François and my daughter Ariane and all our grandchildren, we send you our sincere condolences.
