I would like to pass on my deepest sympathy on the loss of your wonderful mother and aunt, Marion. I knew your mother my entire life as she was my late mother's (Irena Leslie) longest and best friend. As you my know they were the best of friends for over 90 years at the time of my mother's passing. They talked on the phone several times a week, and of course they had their weekly lunches. They were well know by the cab drivers in town, and the cabbies always would ask where 'the other lady" was if one of them headed out on their own.
Your mom/aunt was such an intelligent, warm and loving person. She dealt with life's difficulties and kept soldering on.
She will be missed.
