Sarah and family,
It was with deep sadness that we saw of Ted's passing. In my more than 20 years at DYC you and Ted were great colleagues, friends and educators. I have many happy memories of the early days I worked for Ken Barker and Ted as they led the department into the end of the small college era. When I switched to education, Ted was always a source of help with my science education students, especially our Canadian Masters educators to be. I am forever grateful to him.
I smile to myself as I remember Ted's wry sense of humor and his love of hockey of all kinds. He never pushed anyone, student or faculty, but always led by example and guided each person to a positive direction.
Although it has been over 8 years since we strolled the halls of the Health Science building, it seems like only yesterday that we shared a momentary
story, union issue or just a hello.
May your fond memories together begin to soften the difficulty of Ted's loss.
He will be missed by all whose path he crossed.
