Ed was a wonderful uncle and godfather! We shared January 6 as a birthday and it was always a special connection for us. For many years I received an egg carton of pink golf balls for my birthday. I had the honour of golfing with him at his club once and it was great to meet so many people that held him in high esteem. One of the memories my family has is hiking in the Rockies when he visited once. Uncle Ed was a good sport drinking from the mountain streams and he even managed to get my husband to go fishing which was a first for him. He was truly a class act and we feel blessed to have had him as part of our lives.
