Obituary of Carl William Meyer

MEYER: CARL WILLIAM
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Carl on July 25, 2018. He was born March 4, 1945 in Oxbow, Sask, to Benita and Fred Meyer. He is survived by his loving wife Joyce of 50 years; daughter Patricia (Howard) Hiebert and grandson Carter of Saskatoon. He is also survived by his mother, Benita Brennan of Estevan, Sask, brother Al (Norma) Meyer of Rosetown, Sask and sister Eileen (Al) Close of Whitehorse, Yukon.
Carl worked for the Royal Bank of Canada for 26 years, taking him to various places around the province including, Filmore, Abbey, Leask, where he met Joyce as well, as Luseland, Oxbow, Regina, Delisle and various locations in Toronto Ontario. Carl also worked for Primrose Lawn and Garden and Expertire for 8 years. He was predeceased by his father, Fred Meyer and grandparents Louise and Jacob Meyer and Ottilie and Bertrand Biberdorf. At Carl’s request there will be no funeral. Interment will be at Riverhill Cemetery, date to be determined. Saskatoon Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Thank-you to the doctors and staff at RUH for their care of Carl during this difficult period.
