Obituary of Darwin Richard Hanson

Richard Hanson
September 25, 1945 - June 23, 2018

Richard passed away peacefully in his home on June 23, 2018.  He will be remembered not only as a great Dad but also as a Coach in the cardinals zone and player/coach with the Saskatoon Patrick Liners, and continued to show leadership and teaching in his flooring career.  He will be missed by daughter Carla (Bradley) Selk and son Grant (Christine) Hanson, grand daughters Paige, Moira and Isabella Selk, Payton, Elizabeth and Rhyan Hanson as well as his Sister Donna (Clarence) Moen, brothers Lawrence (Bonnie) Hanson, Andrew (Geraldine) Hanson, many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Richard was predeceased by his mother and father Rose and George Hanson.  There will be a viewing at Saskatoon Funeral Home on Thursday June 28, 2018 from 1:00pm - 2:30pm, and a Come and GO gathering to celebrate his life at 202 Morrison Court, Saskatoon, SK starting at 3pm - 6pm for all who wish to attend.
