I was very sad to hear about Willa’s passing. My condolences to all the family. Willa was a wonderful, loving woman who cared deeply for many people...when I found out she was caring for my nephew Ryan I was so relieved and knew that he was in loving hands. It was a relief to know he had been placed with such a kind, loving and patient person. She excelled at teaching him all the important things in life and always pushing him to try harder to achieve goals and she didn’t let him get away with saying he couldn’t do something when she knew he could. All was done with love and that’s not an easy task sometimes!
You were all very blessed to have a loving mother and I’m sure you have many many wonderful memories of her. Cherish those memories as they will see you through this difficult time. Although you’ll miss her don’t forget that God has another angel in heaven watching over you.
Bless you all and thank you for sharing your mother with my nephew and all the foster children she cared for over the years.
