Dear Beryl and Family,
Please accept my most sincere sympathy for your loss. Although we knew of Bruce's condition we were definitely not prepared for his passing. He was a very fine person and a true gentleman. I know he will be truly missed by his family and friends.
I am so sorry for not being able to attend the remembrance at Riverside. I know you would understand, as a caregiver, we can not always be available.
