To the family and friends of Earle Robertson, please accept my sincere condolences at his untimely passing. I had the great privilege to teach at Marion Graham for a number of years with Earle. I have a lot of memories from that time as Earle was not only a colleague but a great mentor. There was many a laugh in the staff room when Earle told any number of stories from his own experiences. Earle was very creative, during staff room discussions, as to what we'd do when we won the lottery. A limo trip to the Board office was front and centre!! Earle left me with many memories; his laugh, that twinkle in his eye when he knew he'd put one over on you, the thoughtful frown when you talked with him about something of importance, his "let's get it done" style of problem solving, his pride in his children and their accomplishments!! I learned a lot from him over those years which stood me in good stead during my time as an administrator. Steve, you should know your dad enjoyed watching you grow into a strong young man who strove to become the best you could be in school and in sports because of your own inner drive. I know this from discussions he and I had, my being your teacher and coach. Earle leaves us all with many memories which are ours forever. A life well lived and many people better for knowing him. Rest in Peace Earle.

When I began teaching at Evan Hardy, Earle was just across the hall and always there to help however he could. Often students who came directly from his classroom to mine, were talking about what he had said, or done just before. They were sometimes late arriving as they just had to stay behind to ask him for more about some facet of his class. He is missed as a teacher and a man. John Duerkop, Kingston Ontario

Dear Mrs. Robertson & Family,
We are heartbroken to hear about your loss. Mr. Robertson will always have a special place in our hearts. He treated everyone with respect and compassion. He was an excellent educator, intelligent, kindhearted, and treated everyone like family. Most importantly, he loved his family and was especially proud of his granddaughter, Kayella. Our family was very fortunate to have known Mr. Robertson for many years. We will cherish our family times together at "Wayne's", Christmas dinners at your home, graduations, weddings, gourmet meals at Siast Kelsey, Taverna's, and brunch at the Parktown. We will miss Mr. Robertson's "twinkle in his eyes" as he shared his wonderful sense of humour and stories. Mr. Robertson will always be "the Boss". We are sending lots of love and hugs to your family during this difficult time.

To the Robertson family,
My sincere and heartfelt condolences. I have fond memories of Uncle Earle, both academically and personally. He was a great man, with a wonderful smile, and an amazing laugh. While I sometimes found him intimidating in the classroom, it was always apparent that he cared deeply for his students and those around him. When I recall my childhood teachers, Mr Robertson is always at the top of my list with stories that make me smile. I am saddened by this news.
I am thinking of you all. Be well
