Dear Family,
I am sorry to read of Dr. Emson passing on. I remember him from my time in the pathology department at St. Pauls Hospital back in 2001 or so. He always had an interesting story to tell us whenever I saw him. Sending sympathies to you all at this time.

I worked with Dr. Emson when he was the Chair of the Biomedical Research Ethics Board at the UofS. He was brilliant and charming. He shared his wisdom and his stories with us and often, macaroons. A great man. I am sorry for your loss.
