Obituary of Christopher Thomas Billett
We are saddened to say that our Family Tree has lost another branch. Chris, or Chrush to his friends, passed away peacefully with his sisters by his side. He was a favorite "Uncle Buck" to many of his nieces and nephews. Chris was born in Rosetown, SK, lived in Sovereign, Zealandia and Harris where he graduated grade 12 as Valedictorian. He worked in Kindersley at the lumber yard, worked on the Cargill elevator in Rosetown and attended Tech to become a Millright. He then worked at the Uranium City Mine, the Allan Potash Mine, Univision in Biggar and then at K.W. H. Pipe in Saskatoon for many years. Chris was predeceased by his father Wilf in 2001 and his eldest brother Larry in 2016. He is survived by his mother Marie Billett; special uncle Edgar Isley; and brothers and sisters: Darryl (Wendy), David (Jewel), Barb Bell (Terry), Rick (Trudy) and Heather Love (Greg); nieces and nephews: Dustin (Dez), Kyle, Vicki, Treya, Drew (Vanessa), Dustin (Chirstina), Kate, Jason (Kristi), Scott (Jessica), Nicole (Sean), Melissa, Kalli, Angie (Kyle) and Chad (Holly) as well as great-nieces and nephews: Alexa, Hailey, Carson, Booklyn, Braxton, Briggs, Max, Charlie Ann, Brendan, Grayson, Emily, Tanner, Evertt and Holden.
