I remember her so well. I met her when I was in grade 8 and she was in grade 7. We did a stupid assignment together where she acted out one of the roles in a really horrible one-page play I wrote. I remember I lent her my blue skirt and some red shoes to wear as a costume for her part. She was so excited and eager when we'd all get together and plan out the whole performance. She gave me a birthday present a few months later, a set of silver bangles. I still have the word document where I wrote that play for the first time, and those silver bangles. I wish I could've gotten to know her better. I wish we had been partnered up on more stupid assignments back in elementary school. I only remember talking to her a few times in high school. I think about her sometimes and I wish she was still here. I'm so sorry for your loss. I hope she's at peace.
