Obituary of Jordan Lee Schappert-Kenney

Jordan Lee Schappert-Kenney “You will be missed but never forgotten” It is with heavy hearts and great sadness, we announce the untimely passing of Jordan, a loving father, son, brother, uncle, grandson and great grandson. Jordan is survived by his son, Xavier Jerome Lee Bovill-Kenney (Krystin); his mother Laura (Chris) Schappert; his father Kurtis (Stacey) Kenney; his siblings Connor, Zachery, Emilee and Hailey; grandparents Janis and Darryl Baptist, and Ruth Kenney; uncle Jason (Carrie), auntie Erin (Sheldon); his great-grandparents, Barbara and Thomas Gustafson, and Jean and John Baptist; numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his uncle David Gustafson; great grandparents Don and Anne Kenney; great uncles Mike and Peter Kenney. Jordan was born in Saskatoon and attended WP Bates & King George Schools and Mount Royal Collegiate. A skilled sheet metal roofing installer, Jordan took pride in his workmanship. Jordan loved spending time with his son Xavier. Camping trips, going to his family’s cabins, water skiing, knee boarding, riding quads and sleds were favorite activities of Jordan’s. Jordan loved entertaining his siblings and cousins, being the eldest they looked up to him. Working on cars with his dad and installing stereos to be the loudest basshead was a passion of Jordan’s. In lieu of flowers, donations to a Trust Fund for Jordan’s son Xavier would be appreciated and can be made to the ‘Jordan Lee Schappert Family Trust’ at any Branch of the CIBC Bank.
