My sincere condolences to John and Patrick. Donna was my hero. She never missed an opportunity to make people laugh, or to encourage them when they were feeling unsure or sad. When I retired and started growing veggies, I asked Donna what her favourite tomato was, that was easy to grow.... she quickly said "Bonny Best".... it is sweet and easy to grow and a great slicer". A few weeks later (I live in Victoria), I got a letter from Donna enclosing some Bonny Best seeds that she had lovingly collected, dried and which were ready for planting. She was right! Best darn tomatoes ever! This was Donna. Loving, kind, giving, always going the extra mile for her friends and loved ones. She will be missed by many!
