Peter has known Keith since about 1948 or 9 when a supply teacher from Canada came to his home town of North Shields and arranged for pupils to link up as 'pen-pals'. We have subsequently followed each other's journey through life for nearly 70 years, so we were well matched. We have met only twice, on Keith's visits to UK, but have always felt a close bond of friendship. Our thoughts and prayers are with Marion and all the family at this time of sadness, but look forward to our continuing friendship.
